(Check the reviews). Your Realtor needs to have shown to have extensive market knowledge in the areas that you’re considering. He or she needs to be available and be easy to reach. (Nobody wants to get a call back several days after leaving a message). He or she needs to be a trained negotiator, not just price but have the ability to get favorable terms and conditions in the contract. Lastly, your Realtor needs to be trained to ask the right questions in order to determine your needs and wants
