2023 is here! The Holidays are over and interest rates are very favorable again. Inventory is up slightly, but, in most cases, the bidding wars are gone. We’re back to a normal market and couldn’t be more thankful for that! The inventory of new construction homes is still way below normal, but we’re working hard to give buyers more choices in the very near future.
