2023 is here! The Holidays are over and interest rates are very favorable again. Inventory is up slightly, but, in most cases, the bidding wars are gone. We’re back to a normal market and couldn’t be more thankful for that! The inventory of new construction homes is still way below normal, but we’re working hard to give buyers more choices in the very near future. I’ve been reading projections from the Gurus. It looks like now is the perfect time to buy as interest rates have come down. If they drop below current levels, more buyers will enter the market (Supply and demand). This means all of these concessions that sellers are offering will go away and prices will rise.
